They are almost always out of my medication and I have to wait for them to order it, which takes forever. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They were barely helpful at all. They are a little too unorganized. They've lost my prescription a few times but it hasn't been too bad. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt mostly ignored. But every one has a bad day all the time. And it seems like the turn over there is terrible !! I just don't believe the turn over being so high, like they will hire anyone off the Street. Now there was ne time when a Lady named Kim (no last name I don't know). But the store always seemed to be running great? I don't know when she left it must have been several years. I have MS and and terrible ,memory, but I do know that when she was there, the store was in terific shaope!
