Had two interactions. First went very smoothly and responded right away for parts for my CPAP. This time I have been waiting one week. It took approximatlye 3 days to get my voice messages returned, and now two days later and still waiting for them to confirm they can get my supplies. I'm going to start looking elsewhere

My 7 child,Daniel was injured in Oct.2013 and was bedridden due to a to this knee injury and a staph infection. After a week in the hospital, he was sent home with a walker and orders to begin home therapy. PPSI started less than a week later coming to our home working with him, providing excellent care, encouragement and compassion on every visit.They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and took every concern of mine very seriously. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole healing process an easier experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and if I ever need these services again, I would call on them anytime.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
