Accredo allows their pharmacists to play god and decide who gets the medication they need. A pharmacist called my doctor to suggest dose changes in a live saving medication because I called them about a billing error. As this pharmacist has no access to my medical records, her suggestions lead to me no longer getting the medication I need. I spoke to several supervisors who knew the pharmacist did this and they don’t mind- it’s not their life!
