They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
