Very kind. And very patient. I utilize online physicians. Convenient however, the prescription doesnt always come thru smoothly. When this happens they are always very helpful and patient.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Whenever I pick up my prescription, I walk right up to the counter and am helped immediately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
