They used to call when a refill was due. They said "we have too much work now with new clients and no extra technicians. NOW, I am out of my script, and need a 'PRE AUTHORIZATION " no one seems to know how long it will take. The last time they blamed the Dr (a personal friend) and it was not the case, TERRIBLE
