My daughter had a very bad experience at the drive thru at your store on 5615 Outer Loop with a woman named Judy. Judy was rude because my daughter rang the bell and rudely told my daughter she was with a customer and then was aggravated when my daughter asked for hearing aid batteries. My daughter could not go in because she had twins sleeping in her vehicle. My daughter was so upset she drove off. How can you afford to have people with this mentality and no customer courtesy work with the general public. She did try to apologize but in my book that's a little to late. Maybe my daughter should go else where. Plus if someone needs hearing aid batteries they already have a handicap. My daughter is hearing impaired and can't hear well on the phone. I called the pharmacy to report this and a pharmacist spoke to me about the incident and didn't really seem to be concerned so this is the reason for my email. Also when I asked for someone in management they told me they had no one there. Maybe that is the problem!!
