They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
