My experience with Complete Infusion Care has been wonderful. The nurse who provides my IVig is the sweetest and most skilled nurse I have ever had with any other pharmacy; my out of pocket is much lower than my previous pharmacy. I am so pleased.

This company charged my insurance company $13,572 for 48 mg of Synvisc 1 which normally sells for less than $1100. Something stinks in Denmark.

Got a bill for $500 for injections for my knee. I called and spoke to a rude, loud mouth woman in billing dept. Asked if I could make payments as I am paying thousands of dollars every month for my husband and myself medical bills. She proceeded to tell me that I got charged the medi-cal amount and I should be grateful for that and they don't accept payments, that I received the money from the insurance dept for the injections, which I did, but I didn't realize what they were for so I just deposited them into my bank, she said that its not there problem that I used the money for my personal use!! Unbelievable how rude and nasty her attitude was..yelling...speaking over me. Why should they take payments...so when I told her...well then I don't know when I will be able to pay you she agreed to partial payment...which I gave $250 on my credit card. I just called the doctors office and told them of the rudeness of the witch who answered the phone. All I can say is what goes around comes around. And I will take my sweet ass time paying off the balance.

Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount!

Complete infusion care is a great place to work with. The team understands how to get work done that demonstrates and exceeds exceptional work. Everyone I have spoken to there as been incredibly knowledgable, caring, and hard working.

I was getting IVIG at an Infusion Center in Santa Monica, my out of pocket co-pay was enormous. After 8 months of therapy my doctor ordered IVIG through Complete Infusion Care. Not only am I now saving a substantial amount of money, I am able to get my IVIG medication at home, administered my an nurse who is caring, and highly skilled. I only wish I knew about Complete Infusion Care a couple of years ago.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! I'm always able to get my question answered quickly!
