They always go the extra mile for me and my family. Even when I haven't had the money....they allowed me to charge. I would always recommend this pharmacy.

I felt very rushed. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't know me they didn't make time for me. Also, the clothes they sell in the "boutique" remind me of clothes sold at the Cracker Barrel. Go to Hobby Lobby for home decor items. You can purchase the same for half the price. Gift shop very overpriced.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They have a wonderful staff and always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always communicate well with my doctor when needed. They are always courteous and respectful. There is always a pharmacist available to answer any questions. They always make sure every single question I have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. They also provide fast delivery when needed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They filled my prescription quickly. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They have the easiest refill system I've ever seen. I can always call and get it refilled within a couple of minutes. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I have used this Pharmacy since I was a child and they continue to take care of myself and my children. I love the fact that they know me and my children just from our business with them and trust they will always help me in any situation. I also love the fact that I can pick out unique gifts and have them wrapped beautifully while I am there for my prescriptions. I love the hometown feel of this Pharmacy and appreciate the way they strive to build lasting relationships with their customers. Stan and Holly have always gone out of there way if I ever had a problem to get it resolved quickly. I appreciate Smith Caldwell and the professionalism and friendship they offer to mine and my family's needs!

While visiting relatives in Benton, one of my children came down with the flu. Our hosts recommended Smith-Caldwell for advice and medication. We were impressed by the staff’s caring attitude and by their knowledge of products to treat our son’s symptoms. We went away feeling assured about our son’s comfort and quick recovery. I wish we had had a pharmacy like this in our town.
