I had to cancel an appointment, the place doesn't open til 8. My appointment was at 9:45, when I cancelled the front desk lady was upset at this and asked me why?? First of all it's none of her business to decide if my reason is good enough or not!!! I told her I had to go see my son's teacher for reasons that are NOT of her concern!! I told her I would need to reschedule, she was still upset with me for canceling, she says you BETTER make this appointment! I said excuse me?? Do you have any idea what I have to go do? No she doesn't but she acts as if her job of scheduling pet appointments is SO much more important than anything I have to deal with! Unbelievable way to conduct business, instead of making her boss money she pissed me off and I won't EVER go back or recommend this unprofessional bad attitude business to anyone!!

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

No, it was fine

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Dr. Whiteside is the worst avian vet around! Took him a chicken with an obviously broken neck. He refused to euthanize her and would only give $300 worth of steroids and "wait and see". Now one of our chickens has a broken leg and he refused to treat her saying it is "out of his comfort zone"?! Will be moving all 27 animals to another vet! :(
