I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that they really valued my pets health and happiness because they followed up even after the appointment just to check up on pet. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that my pet was under the care of a professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
