I have used this doctor since 1985 when my Doberman Pinscher needed her ears snipped. My understanding is that the original owner was named Whaley but sold his practice some years ago to the current owner. That said you cannot ask for a better veterinarian. He is very knowledgeable but even more important he has compassion for the animals. He won't perform a procedure if he doesn't think it will improve the animal's quality of life. He is also a man with conscience. I don't mind paying a veterinarian for his services. It is a business after all and he needs to pay his bills. But this gentleman is the rare breed of veterinarian that doesn't overcharge you or recommend unnecessary procedures just to make money. He is fair in pricing his services and I never feel like I have been robbed. For all these reasons I use him exclusively. There is a chance that I may have to relocate a couple hours north of his practice. I trust him enough that I will continue to make the drive to bring my pets to him. My sister who lived in Broward County before moving out of state used to make the one hour trip to his office to bring him her dog. You know he must be a good vet when he has outlasted many other veterinary clinics who setup shop near him. Moreover, that practice has been around for many decades. Take your pet to him! Trust me you will not be disappointed.
