Dr. Parrott always answers every question about our Lhasa Apsos and she is available if we think of any more questions that we need answered. She is by far the best vet in the county.

Our dog Cocoa was ill one night with a rash from eating a Jerky treat made for dogs that the FDA later warned consumers about, but it was not recalled. Dr. Parrott called late that night to make sure that Cocoa was okay (I was unable however to speak with her). Cocoa was fine the next day and she hasn't eaten any more jerky treats or any other dog snacks made in China.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
