Dr. Stone treated our dog Bentley twice. Once Bentley was attract by wolf dogs after he dug under fence into their yard.. Another time for pigmy rattle snake bite. We called him after hours and he responded quickly and professionally. His charges were reasonable but with Bentleys track record we decided to purchase pet insurance.

By FAR the most qualified veterinarian in the area. When I went in with my Golden who had been seen by THREE other veterinarians, Dr. Stone was able to diagnose Einstein with bladder stones almost immediately, it was incredible! Not only was Dr. Stone the only qualified veterinarian in the area who had the equipment and skills to even diagnose my pup, but he was the only guy for miles who could even do the surgery! This dog has been by my side for years and i don't know what would have happen to my friend if I hadn't found Dr. Stone when I did, Einstein had been so miserable for so long. He saved my dog, and I have been bringing him my other pets ever since. I can say with absolute certainty that Dr. Stone is MORE than fair and justified in his prices. For the skill level at which he practices, I am surprised he doesn't charge more. There is a difference between 'expensive' and 'costly'. Yes, some of the fees that can accrue from vet bills can add up to a lot, but when you look at how much work the man is putting into saving your pets life, and how many resources it takes, I would urge anyone reading this to think about that. When I made a comment about his prices, Dr. Stone used the example of paying a buck for a burger at McDonalds and maybe 100 for a luxury dining experience at a 4 star restaurant. He is absolutely right, you get what you pay for. If you've been paying peanuts to try and fix your pet and it's not working, well maybe there's a reason that veterinarian doesn't charge very much. I have never in my life seen anyone with such compassion and love for animals. Also I did a little investigating, and turns out the local Veterinarians all own shares of the Leesburg Emergency Clinic, so if you ever wonder why your primary veterinarian won't refer to Dr. Stone for an emergency or upper level procedure, don't you think for a minute it has anything to do with his qualifications

Thank God the didnt wear funny dresses. Dr. Ron Stone was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice, showed that he cared about animals just as I do. They were so easy to reach in an emergency. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. The staff were very kind and welcoming, every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place and so does my pet (I can feel it).

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call, but that just goes to prove how well reputed they are, although I have waited way longer at other places but over here I would say the wait is worth it. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper, properly sanitized. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

The doctor's office was immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I did experience some pain getting there, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were amazing. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
