Dr. Ole is wonderful!!! He is so kind and gentle with my dogs and cats. He responded to my questions with understanding, very knowledgeable about diseases, esp. cancer. He has helped my dog diagnosed with cancer 18 months ago; my dog continues to be very active, healthy appetite and in very little pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ole as a doctor for YOUR animal. He is a phone call away, even when he is on vacation. He is the most concerned vet I have ever taken my family members (animals) to. Dr. Ole's assistant is very calm, never in a hurry, and very pleasant and loving.

It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. All my questions were answered. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They are always friendly and cheerful. Old fashioned vet, doesn't try to run crazy tests on your pet to run up the bill, Always has time to talk to you and genuinely cares about you and your pet. I went to other vets in the area and my first visit was my last to them. The staff here is just so nice and caring. I'd give them a 10 if I could.

We've been using Southgate for about a year now. Dr. Ewert is wonderful as is his staff. They went above and beyond answering my questions. My cats have been seen for routine visits as well as for an emergency visit. I highly recommend them for your pet!
