Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
