the doctor is a pure jerk she want to make the dog owner feel as stupid as she can then scolled you like a 2 year old about how you take care of your animal I will never go there again go to Pensacola were there are real animal health care providers

We've taken all four of our dogs and our one cat to this veterinarian for all 9 years we've lived in Crestview. Dr. Conrad has always been extremely kind, knowledgeable and willing share her knowledge every time we've gone. When our German Shepherd was suffering from something we had no idea about, Dr. Conrad quickly and accurately diagnosed it as hemangio sarcoma, and she was extremely sensitive to both our family's concerns and with Harley's suffering. When Harley had to be put to sleep due to the suffering, Dr. Conrad was thoroughly receptive to my request to take a biopsy of the tumor and send it to a research labratory in WI. Her staff quickly prepared the necessary materials so that I could have it shipped overnight. After 9 years of very positive veterinarian support, I cannot imagine taking our pets to another vet.
