I love Dr. Smith and his staff. They are always extremely professional and go above an beyond to make both my pets and myself comfortable in my office. My dog just recently had pretty extensive surgery to remove an aggressive type of skin cancer and the office has been wonderful about promptly getting back to me about the lab findings, scheduling surgery, and checking up on him. They also called several times just to see how he was doing. He is recovering so well and the two areas that underwent surgery look great. Not only is the staff amazing and personable, but Dr. Smith always goes out of his way to really answer questions you have about your animals care and follow up. Thanks for all you do for my pets Dr. Smith!!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
