We recently left our two small dogs at this clinic. We brought their crate with four blankets in it because it is their "safe place". We picked our two dogs up after a 6 day stay and they smelled terrible. The blankets in their crate smelled terrible as well.

We keep their food in a special container to keep it fresh and when we got home we noticed that 3/4 of the food was gone. This food usually lasts about a month!

Both dogs were vomiting and had the runs. One of the girls there told us one of the dogs had the runs but wasn't sure which one. (real good care?)

When we got home we immediately gave both pups a bath and washed the blankets we left with them at the clinic. Both pups had dried poop all over their bottoms where it had rundown on them from the runs.

We called and spoke to the owner who said she would call us back in a couple of hours. Four hours later she called us back with a list of excuses. She said the crate was never used. We called them and handed them the crate which they said was no problem when we brought the pups in. She then went on to say that any odor had to come from OUR dogs or OUR blankets! WE bathe our pups often and are washing their blankets all of the time because of the sand here in Florida. Our dogs are kept clean and healthy. Their little bottoms are NEVER crusted with poop! The owner never did address the issue of the dog food.

We would NEVER suggest using this facility regardless of cost! I wouldn't trust these people with a stuffed animal!

People that rated this as a good facility have never been in a quality pet boarding facility! They are the WORST!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Dr. Hill and staff is by far one of the best vets I have ever used. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. When we first went to Dr. Hill we were fed up with Banfield charging us 900 plus dollars in a month to fix my poor cat. Dr. Hill was great didn't even charge us for the visit and diagnosed my cat with pneumonia that she got from a bad operation when Banfield performed her spay. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
