I just went there for the first time. The staff was very nice (except one front desk person who was so rude it was astounding). I was a little upset that the verbal estimate given to me was much lower than the actual bill. I will be sure to get the estimate in writing next time. They move slower than I would like, but they took good care of my animal. The staff (with the exception of Ms. Nasty up front) all seem to genuinely care about the animals and it's not just a job to them. I think I will make this my new vet.

Upon walking into the Del Prado office, the first thing you notice is the people and animals filling the waiting room waiting for ever to be called back to see the vet. The office staff are rushed and overworked, maybe that is why they are curt and rude at times. I guess there is no limit on how many animals they scedule to see. The older male vet at this office (cannot even decipher his initials on my dog's records), misdiagnosed my dog, and treated him inappropriately! I took him to another vet and my dog finally received the correct treatment/diagnosis. DO NOT consider going to this vet clinic. It is cheaper for a reason...you pay for what you get (or don't get!).
