Even though I had appts I still had to wait 30 minutes to see the vet. I did not feel confident with the vet. It felt like they were there for the money not to work with a client. Even thought I paid my bill timely they would not cooperate to help me obtain meds online while I still vetted with them for regular needs for my pet. I will not return or recommend this clinic.

I have only been in this area for a year and have been to vets in Dade city, Brooksville spring hill and floral city and JUMPER CREEK is by far the best for my baby boy they are caring and vary affordable .If you are like me my dog is not just a pet he's a part of my life like one of my children and that's how I fell they treat him at Jumper try them ouy and see for yourself

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

I brought my sick(diarrhea and vomiting) dog in on a Saturday morning and was told by TWO different office people that I would have to take her to an emergency vet because they were booked. If Dr. Yates had told me this after he had looked her over and told me that he was closing at noon and she needed fluids or watched then I would not be writing this. I run a office and our office staff knows exactly what our owners will allow or not allow therefore I must conclude that this Is Dr. Yates policy. Though I don't know how he balances this with the Veterinary oath he took. I am on my way to Sarasota now to meet a Personal friend that's a vet there that will meet me at her office. Needless to say I will be looking for a new vet. I am severely disappointed that this is necessary.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
