Office staff is unskilled and rude. I think they are a poor result of being trained on the job. Dr Ted has an "I don't care attitude he just likes to receive the high payments. I was charged $10.00 for them to make a "courtesy phone call" for me about meds. If you have and old animal he really don't care, does nothing, just keeps taking very high payments. Ripped Off!
