This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
