I’ve been going to Dr. Dugas for 10 or 12 years and I love the way he treats my animals and us like family and that we matter. Prices are reasonable.

I have been going to Dr. John Dugas with my animals for over 15 years. Dr. Dugas is the consummate professional who has never let me down in his care, professionalism, diagnosis ability and his kindness.
I had to call unexpectedly on Saturday, 6/16/18 regarding the condition of my Aussie, Cooper.I could not ask for a better veterinarian office, they had me come right in and with their help we had to let our cooper go.
Thank you to Dr. Dugas and his sweet staff for allowing us the time, compassion and empathy while making the most difficult decision ever.
We will miss you and please know you will never forget the great care you always provided!!!

I have moved several times in the past few years but no matter where I am in CT I still travel to take my animals to Lisbon Vetrinary Clinic. I LOVE my vet! Not only are they spot on with diagnosis, prevention and care, but THEY care. They work with you and have compassion which in my opinion is by far the best quality of the staff at this facility. I have been going to this Vet for over 6 years and would not go anywhere else

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The vets are knowledgeable and qualified and all the staff are really nice people. There's always someone to help me right away. Sometimes I wait a short while for the vet. On the one occasion there was a longer wait, the vet apologized. When I saw the animal that had gone in before us I could understand the wait. Glad to know that, had it been my pet, the vet would have taken whatever time was necessary. Prices are good. I was charged only 1/2 price for a short consultation one time and nothing for some advice from the vet whom I happened to see when I went in for some tablets. They're never pushy and they never try to sell you anything. The waiting area is fine. I've already told others that this clinic is very good. I am very glad I found them.

They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones

Yes, my pet seemed extremely distressed the whole time we were there
