I would only use this office if I needed emergency services to save my dogs life. They are more like a chop shop then a doctor's office. The staff is not very friendly and is misleading with their charges; they tell you one thing and then charge you way more. While they were able to help when my dog's face was run over by a car, their bed side manner was absolutely horrible.

not happy at all. went in for a wellness check and my dog was not thoroughly checked just her ears and also was giving a rabies shot I did not ask for, and "was not charged for" and the next day I called to ask why they did that and then they wanted to charge me for it after I questioned it....my dog still Is not well yet 2days later.
i find this behavior odd suspicious strange and not right

Dr. Dorr and his staff are wonderful. My pets love staying at the kennel also.

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I will never go back there. They could have killed my horse. I had an appointment and when I got there they wouldn't treat her. All she needed was to be oiled as she gets compacted periodically. He acted like I was a criminal. He was rude rude rude and I know all of my friends won't go there any more. You have to earn the right to serve us. We don't work for you. I thought they had to take a oathe to serve those that couldn't serve themselves. Shame on you! DR Doorknob
