I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. This veterinarian seems to have a pretty basic level of knowledge for simple procedures, but practically none for complicated procedures. I'm not sure I would want to be in their care if my pet had a serious illness. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Dont leave pet alone. Performed unneceseary Bladder Fluid extraction, on my 22year old cat. Cat was unable to walk after proceedure, and passed away 6 days later. Cat was way to old to perform this delicate procedure. Cause lots of pain for her last 6 days.
