Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

Yes, they were spotless

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.
