One nurse told me one thing about the price to treat my puppy (it was a three day treatment plan) saying that the three days was lumped into one payment, another nurse told me it wasn't lumped and I had to pay for each day after the fact. The treatment was already expensive to begin with and to find out that I had to pay the same amount a second time left me very unprepared.
They aren't very organized, I showed up at 8:30 and signed in, their tiny lobby was packed so I waited outside with a few other people, they never called me. So I go up at 10:45ish to see where I was in line. They said they already called me and filled out the paperwork. They didn't call me, a lady who was after me in line was waiting inside and she asked for my name so that when they did call me, she'd let me know.
But the staff are very friendly and they'll give your dog a free half biscuit. That's the only positive thing I can think of at the moment.

The office staff and Dr. were totally awesome. treated our dogs with love and affection. Explained everthing to us regarding treatments etc.. also the groomer is great too. Thanks we will be visiting soon for shots.

This is a great facility. Doctors and staff are all great. The only reason I rated it 4.5 is because it is always crowded and often phones are busy especially during their clinic - no appointment - times. Yet, this is one of the best and helpful animal hospital in our neighborhood.
