Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They don't listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. When I told them about my situation, they didn't care at all, they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They are a small business, for better or worse. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They make appointments they can't keep but when I was late, they refused to see my pet.
