I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician in Sacramento County for 30 years. I was formally Chief medical, and dental technician , and part owner of Animal Medical Centers of Sacramento for 20 years. I have seen it all. Dr. Karen Pazzi is the only one I would take my animals to.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. My chuhuahua was born over thirteen years ago and this medical center took excellent care of her from the day she was born. Three weeks ago my sweet baby passed over the rainbow bridge and they were there for me and her during an extremely difficult time. The staff at this clinic is the best.
