I really like Dr. Jezbera. He is kind, knowledgeable and really cares about your pets. They don't take appointments, so you may wait a bit longer but its well worth it and their prices are very reasonable.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas. The receptionists are very rude. you caould be standing there and they just totally ignore you. they pretenf like you are not even there. AS for the new Vet that's in there, he is a jerk. I brought my kitten in there as she was having intentinal problems. I was asking questions, and he looked at me and said in a nasty tone "what exactly do you want me to do?" Some people are only in it for the money and this is one of them. The ASPCA should make a few undercover visits. I think I will write to them and suggest it. He is an inhumane piece of S---!

Dr Jezbera and his staff have a spotless reputation among top dog professionals - show dogs - police dogs - all come to Riverside Animal Hospital because of the spectacular care given.

I didn't wait long to be seen by the Vet. There are no set appointments it is completely a walk in basis clinic and the wait time is short whenever I go in. My doberman has had to stay overnight once and I feel confident that the staff has taken great care of him. You will hear barking/whining coming from the back where the animals are being boarded, but that is completely understandable since some dogs are very attached to their owners as my own doberman is. Whenever I have questions they are more than willing to answer it and keep me informed whether it be via telephone or going to see them. I feel comfortable with taking my dog here and will continue doing so. We take our doberman between 2 Vets and for some matters I rather come here. They have semi reasonable prices as well which is always great.

Yes, they were immaculate.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.
