They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Dr Mark was great with our dog, Cara. She had cancer & Dr. Mark was excellent in diagnosing her & referring her to a fantastic oncologist who did everything possible to save her. it was just our bad luck that Cara was not strong enough to beat the cancer but it wasn't for the lack of trying on Dr. Mark & Dr. Ogilvie's part. They helped us in so many ways I don't quite know how to Thank them enough!! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well.
