We want to thank you for helping us with DioG on Wednesday, 11/21/18. I suspect it was a horrible experience, but we'll always be grateful that you were willing to stand up and help us. We also want you to know that DioG was not some mean dog his owners wanted rid of... DioG, despite how it looked, was a sweet, gentle, loving little boy who spent most of his time on Daddy's lap. He was smart, very smart! I don't know what happened to DioG these last few months, but I will know I will always remember how you came to our aid, even getting assistance from the man and lady from the Humane Society, when everyone else refused. Even with the difficulty you and the helpers had with him, you didn't add any more charges, but stayed with the original fee showing that you are concerned with helping the animal and the owner more than for the monetary benefit! We thank you from the bottom of our grieving hearts! Bless you....

Crescent Animal saved my dog after ingesting rocks and damaging her intestines. Dr M stayed with her thru the weekend and communicated with me all the way. Thanks to Lauren and Rachel too!!! KUDOS ...CAMC

Dr. Martello and his staff are wonderful. It doesn't matter if it's an emergency, routine visit, or an illness, excellent care is always provided. He has seen us in all of the above situations. Dr. Martello is as concerned for the patient as he is for the client. He is a very sympathetic and caring person. We trust his judgment for advise on various needs and treatments of a pet in any situation, and we have seen plenty. I believe that this is the most cost effective veterinarian in this area too. The staff are always friendly and efficient in person and over the phone. There's no question I have and will continue to recommend this veterinarian to everyone!
