I was rushed in and rushed out. The staff in general was rude, and had no empathy for me or my kitten. They have no time for you or any question that you might have. They just want the next customer and the next dollar. On top of that, there were 2 DEAD DOGS in the middle of the street where you turn in to their office!!!! They deal with critters in bad shape on a daily basis, but they can't get 2 dead dogs out of the street where their customers won't have to see that???????

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their office stinks, ther eis cat hair everywhere, its not clean, no privacy in the exam room whihc doubles for an office and ddesk doubles for an exam table, they said they spayed my cat and she still acts like she is in heat 3 months later. They charged me for a recheck when i complained about "my cat still acts like she is in heat." Basically told me "I have done over 2,000 of these in the last so i kinda know what i am doing." Rude, and dont want to fix a problem just act arragent and charge me again. Will never go back and if my cat needs another surgery be assured i am taking them to court.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
