They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Yes! It was effortless!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
