Dr. Lipovitch is the best by far. However, some of the desk help needs some training in manners and consideration. The only reason I will go back is because of Dr. Lipovitch. One of the gals at the desk really convinced me that it was not my dog she cared for but how she could put the Dr. and myself down and show her power running the office.
