They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I have lost my faith in their care because they misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was their fault my pet got worse. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. i will say the older lady at the front of the office is EXTREMELY rude....she made me feel very unwelcome. She was more interested in what was going on with her cell phone than what was going on with me and my animal! I was extremely disappointed. However...there is a young lady there...tall...a little on the hefty side with black hair...she is a tale to tell....she was as sweet as could be in the room....she took my Kobi back to shave a hot spot...i heard him yelping so i came around the corner in fear...SHE WAS SLAPPING HIM IN THE HEAD FURIOUSLY! I was appalled! Apparently this is the norm for her because the the little skinny one in charge didnt act like it phased her a bit!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! AND I WILL DEFINATELY EXPOSE THIS PRACTICE TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!!
