Dr. Lynch, Fred and the rest of their staff are fantastic. They have taken care of our cats since they came to Hilltown Veterinary Clinic. Once you come in to the office, you know they care not only about your pets, but also about you. They have always taken the time to keep my pets healthy, and are compassionate to know when the time has come to end a suffering animal's pain. Every time they see on of my animals, they take the time to make them comfortable before beginning the exam, and keep the owner aware of what is going on. The crowning glory was the day my cat needed to be seen after hours, despite having an appointment the next day. They said to get my cat over there, and at 7:30 at night, they opened their clinic to exam my cat. They were very caring, talking to me as well as my cat about what was going on. Unfortunately my cat needed to be put to rest, but they made me feel comfortable with the decision. A sad day for me, but easier knowing my cat was in the hands of a caring compassionate couple who were with her at the end. They will always be my vet of choice.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
