I always get an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The veterinarian and friendly staff work hard to make sure you are comfortable with all decisions regarding your pet. Dr. Young has been our veterinarian for several years and we know that she truly cares about our pets.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
