Took my puppy in last year to be spayed. went back last fall, because she appeared to be in heat. Vet didn't examine her, because they are afraid to handle large dogs. He thought she just had an infection and put her on antibiotics. Now six months later I took her back, in heat. He said they would redo the operation for free. He had missed some tissue, which happens. They did the operation yesterday, after I muzzled her for them. This morning she had a stroke, from a blood clot, resulting from the surgery, and died. Now I am without one of the biggest, most cuddly soft dogs you could ever meet. Strangers petted her all the time and my grand kids played with her; no muzzle needed. Nothing can bring her back.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

***THEY SAVED MY DOGS LIFE!!!! I CAN NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH....THE TIME AND CARE YOU GAVE MY PEACHES WAS OUTSTANDING...SHE WOULD BE DEAD NOW IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR DR HESS! AND WHAT'S MORE IS AFTER 3 DAYS IN THEIR CARE I WAS EXPECTING A BILL TO BE OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS BUT THE BILL WAS ACTUALLY LESS THAN $600 WHICH FOR MY PEACHES, WELL WORTH IT....THANKS AGAIN FOR SAVING HER LIFE!!!!They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

One thing about this vet is that the chairs in the waiting room were not the most comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long in those chairs. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Whenever I leave my pet overnight care here and am promised a follow-up call at a certain time and I never get one. They always call hours after they say they will and leave me waiting thinking that the worst has happened. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
