They are awesome! I loved that I could drop my pet off and pick him up on the same day instead of them having to stay overnight. Will only take my pets to this provider.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

I was really disappointed that they weren't able to answer any of my questions. They don't seem to know much of anything about pet care. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They were not friendly to my pet at all. They were cold and seemed to really scare my poor furry friend. I guess things have really changed here since the last review. The first time I saw the vet he was good. This time my dog is needing emergency surgery and he is turning him away over a down payment. I said he is going to starve to death and they just said there was nothing they could do. I can't believe I person that has chosen his life to serve animals is willing to let one die over money. I would not suggest this vet to anyone unless you don't really care for your pet.
