Dr Throm is absolutely first rate in caring for our fur babies. we have found many providers are. Not,comfortable,with giant breedsmandmDr Throm sat right down on the floor and let,ourmDt Bernard's get comfortable,with him and didn't rush anything. The staff was helpful and provided quick followup,for any issues. We are thrilled and look forward to a long and happy relationship, knowing they will all be there to help care for our boys.

Rob Throm was referred to me by a friend. He is absolutely the best vet my dogs have ever had. I drive from Bothell because my dogs deserve the vey best and Rob and his staff are definitely that for sure!

My experience was excellent - my cat had a broken pelvic and they were supportive if letting him heal on his own - I couldn't afford the cost of the surgery. They gave me pain meds for Dusty and advice on how to care for him, they evaluated him to let me know that he was healing, etc. Dusty is well and happy today - his broken pelvic bone healed. I thought the pricing was better than other Vets in the area and I really loved their loving and kind care.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
