These girls are "the Best", they took in my baby girl on a moments notice during the Christmas season following my accident. If there was a 10 star rating they would get it.

Wonderful doctors and staff. We leave our dog there when we take weekend and wee-long trips, and he is well care for.
I highly recommend them.

internet and phone service wasted 6 hours of my 81 yr. old life asked formy card # told me it was ng asked for my SS # ihung up BRANDI AT THE CORPORATE LINE FIXED IT ALL IN LESS THEN 15 MINUTES U HAVE SOME REAL LOSERS WORKING YOUR PHONES WHY DO THEY NOT HAVE #,S LIKE BRANDI #1 SO THE CUSTOMER CAN IDENTIFY THE OPERATOR WHEN HE OR SHE IS MESSED UP ANSWER PLEASE ASAP!!!! one is too many stars

Welcome to all of our current and new clients and patients from Newbury Veterinary Clinic. Our hospital is a totally new practice in the same building as the old RVVH.

My husband and I brought our 6 month kitty to get spayed on a Friday morning. My husband dropped her off at 8:10 a.m. and Jamie told my husband that she would call later that day to give us an update to let us know how she was doing, but to my surprise they never did. I then had called about 1:30 ish and Sally had told me that she had not gone in yet for surgery and they will definelty give us a call back later that day. Little did I know 4:30 p.m. rolled around that same evening and still no phone call, so I called them and they told me that she had just gone into surgery and they again promised me a phone call. My husband and I waited all night probably until 9:00 p.m. and still no phone call. Next morning rolled around and i went immediatley over to the vets and not one single apology from this Jamie person (who by the way was at the front desk) to say that she was sorry that no one called and she was very rude when we tried explaining our situation and she just interrupted us asking for the payment. At that point we were beyond frustrated and will not be returning to that very unpleasant office and we do not recommend this veterinary office to anybody.
