I have no complaints about the doctor but one particular person on this staff is totally RUDE. We were told we did not need an appointment but to bring our dog in to be weighed to determine her heartworm medicine dosage. When we arrived we were told we would get the next room - just a minute to weight the dog and get the meds. The rooms were full so we waited. Another person came in with their dog (who did not have an appt.) so I took my dog outside for a few minutes and they took this 2nd dog in while I was out. All they had to do was tell my husband to come out and get me. When I came in with my dog I questioned why they didn't take my dog in when they said she was next and I have never experienced such a bad attitude from anyone like I did from this assistant. Snotty and uppity. She told me I'd have to wait to have my dog seen.. I told her I wanted my dogs records because I would find another vet and she laughingly told me I would have to wait for them, too. She said I would have to send her a self addressed envelope...!!! Such sarcasm, such rudeness.. I'll never go back!!
