My puppy jumped out the window while we were driving. This Vet turned us away although not 1 customer was there and they didn't close for over a hour. They wouldn't even look at her just sent us a hour away to Winchester ER. Luckily we passed Blue Mountain a mile away and they saw her right away although they were closing. Don't go here, they don't care about animals

I am very impressed with the doctor's . Great care and my dog never got excited which she sometimes does. !! Can't say enough good things and I am particular about my dog's doc.

We have used Dr. Matthews on and off over the years. We are a military family and everytime we've ended up within a 2 hour driving range of her, that's where we take our pets. She is the best Vet we've ever seen and her knowledge is undescribable. She is honest, up-front, caring, and dedicated to her field. Although she is a Vet in a small town, I would put her skills and education levels up against any big city Vet out there.
