We have taken our dog here once and have looked elsewhere since. While the facility was nice and the staff was friendly, we thought the prices were far too high. We particularly did not like that the vet performed some "services" without asking our permission or notifying us and then charged us for them. These were things charged on top of our consultation fee, vaccinations payment, test payments and medicine payments. That is the main reason we have not been back.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was happy they spayed my girl, but the office was dirty, and ticks were crawling around, not very appealing. Will not go back there.
