Had an emergency with my cat and Amberwood staff waited for me before closing the door when they should have been going home. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. They have given the best care to all of my animals.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
