The survey is so basic. Bottom line, they might not remember my name, but they remember my pets - After All, they are here to give medical care to my pets, not me. I made the switch several years ago to this vet, from another local vet, and I have been very pleased ever since. I like the humane nature of these folks - They take care of my pets, and helped me have to say goodbye a few times as well - No shame for a grown man to cry like a baby when saying goodbye to a loved pet - In fact, they sent me a card to my house, checking to see if I was ok, you have to love that, I sure did. You can't put a price on great service, but if you could, you would be pleased with the cost structure of this vet.
My BullMastiff like coming here, which makes it easier - Have you ever tried to get a BullMastiff to go somewhere it doesn't want too... Point Made

The folks at Roseville are wonderful -- very knowledgeable and caring. As a matter of fact, we won't take our animals anywhere else, even tho the drive to Boyce is 45 minutes from our house. When we call, we are never put on hold for long periods of time. We are very pleased with how quickly our questions are answered. The doctors at Roseville are always willing to refer us to other qualified professionals if they feel more involved, specialized care is needed. And, when occasionally our "kids" have needed to be hospitalized, the folks at Roseville even allow us to visit our pets while they are recuperating!
