Don't know what previous reviewer is talking about. Dr. Fradkin and her staff are terrific! Dr. Fradkin walks through the costs of treatment prior to treatment, and has even suggested ways to keep costs down. She and her staff are gentle and conscientious with my dogs, and I have full confidence in the manner in which they take care of my animals. We went through several vets in the Boerne area before we found this practice, and we are very thankful we did! Our little rescues dog was very sickly, with multiple parasites, heartworm, a hiatal hernia, a canine tooth that needed extraction, and damaged hips. The team has brought her to health, and treats her very gently when we bring her in. I highly recommend Dr. Fradkin and her team!!! They clearly love the animals that they treat!

The environment of the clinic is very nice and up to date with the latest technology. The majority of the staff is nice and as helpful as can be but all I can advise is I wouldn't leave my pet alone with Dr Fradkin!! She is extremely rough, not patient with the pets, I have witnessed her holding a dog in the air by a gentle leader around his head for several minutes with the dog screaming. She has cornered and scared dogs to the point they urinate and poo all over themselves. She will even euthanize pets b/c the owner no longer wants them. She let's un licensed technicians perform procedures, unsupervised, which have resulted in several deaths of beloved pets. She will over charge when ever she gets the chance. Will charge for a daily exam on dogs in the clinic that she hasn't looked at an entire day........ So nice flashy place, nice employees but behind closed doors Dr Fradkin is a monster, this is why she has a lot of new employees all the time

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They schedule 30 minute appointments and are able to spend time with ou addressing concerns and are never rushed off to see another pet. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
